Our Company’s History

Yantai Leader Tapware CO., Ltd is fully owned by an Australian company- Technicon Industries PTY., Ltd, who made the investment in 1998 with the aim to manufacture high level faucets , various valves and bathroom accessories for Australian and New Zealand markets. In the same year 1998,our company was certified by Standards Australia for Quality Systems and has the right to produce corrosion resistance (or dezincification resistance) metal faucets and backflow prevention devices

Our Company’s Current Status

1-Products Ranges-

The enterprise engages in manufacturing and marketing products for kitchens and toilets , such as all kinds of faucets, bathroom accessories, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, garden products and fire hose reels.

2-Manufacturing Process-

The company has the following in house processes.

Fully equipped and functional Tooling room

Foundry

Hot metal  and cold metal forging workshop

5 Machining work shops including CNC

Brass tube bending and Welding

Polishing

Plastic injection

Brass and plastic Chrome plating- gold finish ,satin finish and chrome finish are in availability.

Powder coating-white, ivory, red and green colors are available

Customized packaging equipment and workshops

3-Turnover-

Our annual export turnover is in excess of 10 millions USD to overseas markets such as Australia, France, Switzerland, Spain and the United States of America.

4- Staff

We currently employ more than 500 staff at our factory.

5-Factory workshop space - Currently we have thirty thousand square meters under roof which we utilize for our current manufacturing processes.

 We have purchased a new block of land(66,000square meters) for our future business expansion.     

Internal Management:

Inspection and Quality Control Department  -20 inspection staff who are responsible for checking the products we produce internally and the products supplied by our subcontractors;

Production Department- 3 staff members are responsible for the production scheduling to ensure  all orders placed by our customers  are completed on time:

International Sales Department-6 Staff members speak very good English and fully qualified in international business.

Product Development Departments- We have 4 fully qualified engineers who produce the CAD drawings for our products and design new products for potential markets in accordance with our customers design input and relevant standards.

Quality System

We obtained both Australian Watermark and Standard Mark Product Licences, and are currently implementing total quality management.

We Have a well- established Quality System and have been granted Australian Standard Licenses covering the following standards AS3718, Tap ware, AS3688 Fittings and Back-flow Prevention in according to AS2845.1. All of the above are audited regularly in line with our ISO 9000 Quality System.

Faucet Material.

All products which are in contact with potable water  are made of corrosion resistance copper, thus reducing metal corrosion and leak. All Ceramic disc cartridges are of high quality which are designed to suit both high and low pressure they also have good water hammer resistance properties.

We use only food-class lubricant, plastics and corrosion- resistant copper alloy in the manufacture of our product thus ensuring no water contamination .
